On a Personal Level
Heather loves learning, pushing herself, and getting the most out of life! It is through managing her own body with her own issues that she has gained tremendous knowledge with which to guide her patients through their toughest times. Now in her 50's, she feels even younger and stronger than she did in her 20's. She wants you to feel the same way too!
As an athlete she has had to manage injuries, chronic fatigue, broken bones, major surgeries, and muscle imbalance issues to keep herself going and free of pain. This allows her to seek the answers you need and to identify with your situation.
Like you, she has many medical issues that could keep her on the sidelines of life and exercise, but because she knows how to manage them, she is feeling great doing everything she wants. Heather wants to share this wisdom with you!
